How do I determine the right size for my sports gear?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself while wearing your typical athletic base layers to ensure the most accurate fit for high-performance use.
What is your return policy for worn athletic equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, base layers and swimwear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for athletes who need their gear ready for an upcoming event or competition.
Does DAHU equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, all DAHU premium hardware and apparel are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from intensive athletic use.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your DAHU account to view the real-time status of your delivery.
